Together, we can

Build a world where people can speak openly about their mental wellbeing without the fear of being stigmatized

Our Impact

Over 18 mental advocates from all regional zones in Ghana have been trained to lead mental health initiatives within their local communities

Some of these initiatives include visits to the Emmanuel Presby Youth Church in Dansoman to give mental health talks and to organize a mental health-themed spelling bee at Huriya Basic School in Wa. We have built a network of mental health professionals who are passionate about increasing access to mental health in Ghana.Through our campaigns, we identified and connected several individuals to these professionals so that they can receive counseling and care. Through our Instagram live talk show where we have connected mental health professionals with the general populace and have dissected topics such as suicide and depression

What we do

Together with our trained advocates and community partners, we create incredible initiatives that aim to educate on mental health conditions, debunk myths and provide resources on mental health conditions in Ghana.
