📣 CALL FOR APPLICATIONS | Virtual Mental Health Advocacy and Innovation Training

What if young people had the knowledge, skills, and support to become mental health advocates and develop solutions that respond to the needs of their own communities?

The Ghana Youth Movement for Mental Health (GYMMH) is inviting applications from young people across all regions of Ghana who are working or enrolled in a university to join our Virtual Mental Health Advocacy and Innovation Training! 💚

Through three interactive Saturday sessions, participants will explore:
🧠 Mindfulness and stress management
🤝 Mental health resources, referrals, and psychological first aid
🎤 Public speaking, leadership, and mental health innovation
But this training goes beyond learning. We want to equip young people to turn knowledge into action.

Participants will have the opportunity to pitch community-based mental health intervention ideas at our culminating Healing Through Creativity event on December 5, 2026 (details to follow)

📅 Training dates: November 14, 21, and 28, 2026
💻 Format: Virtual via Zoom
📍 Culminating event: December 5, 2026
⏳ Application deadline: October 29, 2026
